I worked with Charlie during my tenure with the Secret Service. He was a wonderful person who studied the regulations manual and enforced them accordingly.
His service to this nation and six (6) Presidents Richard Nixon thru George W. Bush will be remembered.
May Charlie rest in peace until that final day awaiting the resurrection, when the earth and the sea shall...
