Not sure what to say?

Tim, you and I share the same birthday. Also graduated HS together. Also, fellow Vietnam veteran. Rest in peace, brother.

A great and citizen, and I may have mentioned it before, his birthday is the same as mine.

Tim was a great friend of mine for over 25 years. He was kind and generous and a true brother. We traveled a lot together and Tim always treated me. We met in NYC in 1994 and became best friends from that moment on. He will truly be missed. I love you Tim. Love and light my dear friend. Your Johnny CASALE

Our greater community has lost another dear public servant. It was always a pleasure to share insights in community problems and solutions with Tim. Thanks, Tim, for all the times you dropped by.

Saddened to hear of the passing of Tim. Met Tim while researching family lineages. My grandfather was raised by the Shaffer family. Tim was very pleasantly surprised to learn facts. Impressive life he lived.

The high school friends are fast disappearing. I will remember you as someone I could always count on being at a reunion. And it was so good to see you again. One thing I remember most is that we shared the same birthday.

Tim was a great high school classmate and friend. He was a wonderful humanitarian. He is now with his parents and brother.

May your memories of the wonderful times you shared with your loved one comfort you and your family, today and always.

Tim was a great neighbor. Always stopped to chat on a stroll around his town. We Hines girls shared his Grandpa when we lived on family homestead . RIP Tim we all will miss you and your unseen kindness to many.
