Not sure what to say?

Thinking of you today, Susan and Richard. Chuck was such a great guy and had a great Sheridanian sense of humor. And he died way, way too young--he was exactly my age, to the month. I wish I could still joke and tell stories with him!

I had the pleasure of working with Charles Sheridan in my first job after undergraduate school in 1978. His human, spirit and goodwill toward all left an enduring mark on me and over the years I seldom found colleagues or mentors that were as generous and helpful. Sorry I waited too long to see what he was up to now, but pleased that he enjoyed fellowship and friends to the end of his days.

I am so saddened to learn that we have lost my dear cousin Chuck. He and I were born in the same month and grew up together. I cannot believe that he is gone. My heart goes out to you, Susan, and to Richard. Please know that I am thinking of you and missing him already.

I am so saddened to learn that we have lost my dear cousin Charles. We were born in the same month and he will always be my terrific cousin Butch. Susan, I am thinking of you and of Richard and Mary Theresa as well, and my heart goes out to you. I will miss him.

Susan, John and I send our love, sympathy, and abiding gratitude for having known Chuck. What a remarkable life he had, and his legacy of love and compassion will live on in all those whose lives he touched. We will miss him terribly but take comfort in our belief that we will have a later reunion.

Susan, Bob and I will always have fond memories of Chuck, i.e. his compassion, generosity, helpfulness and kindness to us during Bob's surgeries and after. Enjoyed working with him on the Vestry. May God Bless you both.

Dear Susan, Lee and I are so sad to hear of Chuck's passing. Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers.
