Dr. Charles A. Shoultz

Condolences from the Westbrooks family. Dr. Shoultz was my mother's provider for many years. He was right by her side during her last days with us at Providence 13 years ago. Dr. Shoultz will truly be missed. God Bless!

I'm so sorry to hear of Dr. Shoultz's passing. I remember him from working in the old Hillcrest Hospital admitting office. May God watch over you all.

Dr Shoultz III and family I am so sorry for your loss, and sorry that you have to go through this difficult time. I had the honor and privilege of knowing and working with Paw for over 30 years.
