Not sure what to say?

To a great Gentlemen and Friend. He always welcomed you with his contagious smile! I will miss our breakfast
time together discussing Owego Basketball and former Hadco people. I am honored to have had him as a
friend and comrade! God Bless Charlie and his family at this time.

Charlie, a great friend and a wonderful person. An grand influence on thousands of youth through Owego and the area. Always willing to help and a never ending smile. He will be missed. Many fond memories at Boys & Girls Club and softball leagues we played in. Lee, Jeff and family my thoughts are with you.

RIP Charlie. It has been years, but I remember all the Saturday morning basketball games and good times at the Boy’s Club. You dedicated your life working with the youth growing up in Owego. Jeff, Lee, and rest of family thoughts and prayers are with you. God Bless.

Charlie and I grew up together and although we went different paths he always had my respect and admiration. He was a special person for sure and his presence will be missed. RIP My friend

Charlie Rest in Peace my Brother ❤ You Surely will be Missed We All Love you Ondra,Jennifer, Rodney & Robby

My condolences to the Sibley family. Charlie and I played many softball games together, as well as many golf matches. He was a very good person, as well as a good friend. I will miss him.

Charlie dedicated his life reaching out and sharing his love for basketball. He truly was one of a kind. My deepest sympathies to Lee, Jeff and the entire Sibley family.

To Charlie's Family(which included all of Owego)- He was Mr Owego. He helped to form the lives of many young men in the Owego area. He was a friend to all and was there to help anyone that needed it. I sincerely enjoyed knowing him. It would be wonderful to honor his name with a street or the Boys and Girls Club itself. RIP Charlie.

This really was one gem of a guy. I knew him for forty years and never saw him not smile ... He will be sorely missed ... Godspeed Coach.
