Charlie, I will always remember working with you in the Pittsburgh SMO with the FAA. You were truly one of the great persons I have come across. From one sailor to another. Fair winds and following seas. I will miss you shipmate.

My deepest sympathy, he was a great co-worker at the FAA.

Master Chief, You hired me back in 1984 workingg in the BBBC Dist Center. Was invited to your wedding. Learned a lot from you Charlie. You where a mans man. Have not seen you in 25 years, but still talk about you to many of our friends. Rest easy Master Chief, fair winds and following seas. We have the watch. SKC Pat Shaw, USN (ret)
