Mr Charlie was one of a kind with a heart of gold and I am proud to have called him my friend. His family at Dacota Broad Creek miss him every day. It was obvious by the devotion of his family and children that he truly was a remarkable father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was family that we loved as one of our own. Rest in peace.
