CHARLES "CHARLIE" SILVA

I'll always remember my Uncle Charlie's remarkable wit and the way when you spoke to him, he always genuinely cared about you and what you were saying. I'm so sorry not just for my Aunt Ellie and my cousins, but for all of us who can no longer enjoy his one of a kind personality and caring. I'm sure he is in a deep political discussion with god as we speak. My children have really enjoyed hearing Uncle Charlie stories this week... God Bless, David
