Rev. Charles Vernon Simpson

I remember Bro. Charles told me that I was the most beautiful pregnant woman he had ever seen! It blessed me so much because my husband and myself had 10 children! And we listened to the teaching of Bro. Charles and other elders in the church including Bro. Oliver Heath and Bro. Keith Currie and their amazing wives! I will always remember the amazing times and moments we shared to learn and edify ourselves in the Lord!

My wife and I cut our spiritual teeth on early 70´s Simpson, Mumford, Prince and Basham videos and tapes. A foundation we still stand on. Our condolences. Great teacher!

I was deeply saddened to hear about Rev, Simpson's passing. May the Lord grant you strength and peace during this very difficult time of sorrow.

My prayers for comfort and peace to the entire Simpson family. It is difficult to put into words how much I loved, honored, and respected this man of God. So many wonderful memories. Dear Simpson family you all are in our thoughts and prayers during this tender season. My family was so blessed by the nuggets of truth that Pastor Charles shared upon each visit out to Iowa to River of Life Church. He shared words of Life and Truth from God´s Word -mixed with his gentle humor. So his stories were always memorable and tucked deeply into our hearts. Thank you.

My relationship with Charles was an amazing blessing and always encouraged me to go deeper with the Lord.
