Not sure what to say?

As Yale teammates Tim Weigel and I admired Charlie and treasured his friendship. I am deeply saddened at losing them both and I am certain many teammates feel the same way. Chris Kule Y67

Charlie was a truly genuine, marvelous man with many outstanding qualities. My heart goes out to Sarah, Kyle and family. A great individual, Charlie lived his life with integrity. It was an honor to know him.

Charlie was a truly marvelous and genuine man with many outstanding qualities. It was an honor to know him. My heart goes out to Sarah, Kyle and the family. I'm sure you must be very proud of Charlie and the integrity with which he lived his life.

Charlie was a rare and wonderful man, fun, bright, and handsome. I'll never forget hosting my first dinner party to introduce him to the Washington State relatives or visiting at the lake. Sarah and Kyle, my deepest sympathy for your loss.

To the Skubas family, my heartfelt condolences on the loss of the "lonely end". Charlie and his father Joe were early mentors for me in sports and life. Don Snyder and family

My deepest sympathies to a terrific classmate of my Dad's. I had the honor to attend so many Yale reunions for the class of 1966 (the year I was born). I remember so many fun times with Mr. Skubas at so many Yale events. He dipicted what the Class of 1966 was all about: good hearted, fun, intelligent, and the strong belief in carrying on the tradition. He will be missed. I will miss him laughing with my Dad.

Dear Joe, My condolences and prayers to You and your Family in this time of sorrow.

Many of my fond childhood memories involve Sarah, Charlie and Kyle. I am deeply saddened by Charlie's passing and take comfort in the wonderful life he lived. I so wish I could be there on Sunday. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
