Not sure what to say?

The Denver Merritt Family is saddened to hear of our precious friend Chuck Smith's death. We have wonderful memories of Chuck and Cameron that we will forever cherish. Chuck was a gentleman and scholar, a true friend and confidant, a gracious host--and he so much fun. He will be sorely missed by our family! Our hearts are with you, Cameron. Alicia and Michael

To the entire Smith family and friends: Chuck was a thoughtful and kind mentor during my time in Pensacola. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Stuart , Tammy and family, our sincere condolences at this difficult time. Losing a parent is such a difficult thing.

May Dr. Smith rest in peace. We were saddened to hear of his loss. Extended sympathy and condolences to the family.

On behalf of the Wernicke family, Michael and I send our condolences to Cameron and all the family. We have fond memories of you all living at Gull Point and the children growing up there.

May your memories console you at this difficult time.

Marian and Michael Wernicke

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

Chuck was one of my favorite people and a life long friend of my family and my parents.

He was my doctor, a good friend and a mentor who taught me the ins and out of being a good sailor. I spent many hours racing and pleasure sailing with him and
Cameron along the Gulf Coast. He never failed to try and make me a better sailor and person. It saddens me to have lost a good friend.

You are not alone during this time of sorrow and pain. May God give your family strength and comfort to help you endure this loss. As you remember your beloved one, the God of peace give you comfort and peace in every way. May you find Strength from the love and care that surrounds you and comfort in the memories that you shared. Please accept my sincere condolences. 2 Thessalonians 2 15,16
