Not sure what to say?

Chuck And Diane Petersen (my cousin) met in high school. It was a classic story. He played sports and she was a cheerleader. I first met Chuck when they were dating and I was about 11-12 years old. I liked Chuck right away. So did the whole Petersen family. We all joined in using one of his nick-names, "Good Old Charlie Brown" We all thought of him that way. I also always thought of him as my cousin. My son David remembers one of Chuck's other nick-names.... he wrote "Rest in...

Chuck was married to my cousin Diane. Her Father & my Mother were siblings that stayed close over the years. Just visited with Chuck last month twice & even brought an early Christmas present for his cat Ebony who appreciated the 4 pack of tuna fish! A good guy!

Sending my thoughts and prayers to Chuck’s family. I had many wonderful conversations with him when he came to visit me at the Orchard Market in Ludington. I loved talking politics with him. And I loved finding the special geraniums and flowers for his planters he planted in memory of Diane. He was a truly good man. I will always remember his congratulatory call when I was elected to the Board of Commissioner’s. God has gained a good one.

Nicole and family,
Sending love, thoughts, and prayers to all of you during this tough time. Chuck was a wonderful person who touched the lives of many. A very dear friend to all of us. So many good memories our families shared together. We were so glad we were able to be a part of his 90th birthday celebration. Loved seeing him and my mom dancing that night. It was a special day. May you find strength in all the wonderful memories you shared together.
Hugs, Jill and Dane

May Chuck be with Diane & Paul!! You will be sadly missed!! Thank you for your kindness!!
