Not sure what to say?

My friend Charles would have been a great example in these times, strong, well-informed and always civil. We miss him...

Dear Penny and the rest of your family:

Nedra and I share your grief on the loss of your parents.

You may recall I first met your Father in 1963 at the Lotus Club during the Pennsylvania Society weekend. We became fast friends and worked together on political campaigns through this current primary.

Your Father also served on my company board of directors since 1998, and was an invaluable participant. I think our last conference call together was a couple of...

Dear Jonathan,I remember your Father visiting us workers at Mohr Orchards. He always had a great smile on his face.He was a dear friend of my Father.Thinking of you and your family.

Susan and I knew the Snellings best through the Pennsylvania Society and numerous civic and charitable responsibilities. The privilege of talking to Charles twice (his calls) during the last week Is profound. We shall cherish the good and complex memories. Andrew Sordoni

For many years I had the pleasure of waiting on Mr. and Mrs. Snelling at Foxy's. I would see them coming up the river in that marvelous boat and think, "here come the Snellings", it was one of those summer "things" I could count on. Sincere condolences to your entire family. May you cherish your island memories.

Dear Penny, and all Snellings,
Please accept my condolences on your tremendous loss.

"Of course I remember you" he said with his rich deep voice", but it was another sad time , the week your husband died.
50 years have gone by since we were carefree children--hard to believe.
I hope your memories will sustain you now, and if you ever come to Florida,...

I want to offer you my prayers and sympathy on the loss of your father and mother. Charles reached out to me when I arrived in Allentown as a fellow Andover alum and we had the opportunity to get together with Fr. Gambet a couple of times for lunch. I enjoyed him very much and his spirited vitality and animated conversation.

I am remembered your parents and all of you at the Palm Sunday Mass yesterday at the Cathedral of St. Catharine of...
