CHARLES E. SPENCER

I am so sorry about the the passing of Mr. Spencer. He will be sorrowfully missed. I send my deepest sympathy to the Spencer Family. You will remain in my prayers. I have many fond memories which include; Mr. Spencer giving our friends numerous rides..He took us to rock concerts, drag races and hockey games.
