So sorry to hear of Charles passing. We were high school classmates and he was able to attend one of our reunions about 2 years ago. He was a great person.

I am deeply saddened by the passing of Captain Chuck. As a retired Navy Man, I was drawn to Chuck as we shared so many traditions. I regret our time shared was usually at community function and a couple visit at his home. I will miss seeing Captain and pray for his final cruise to his final home port Heaven. I pray that he have Calm Seas and Following winds, and I thank him and his family for his service to the United States Navy. I offer my final salute Chuck and thank you for sharing...
