Deacon Stevens was a friend and brother in christ.we were deacon at
st.john baptist church.he was a great christian worker and a great teacher.Charles did our plumbing at New Testament Baptist church
also at our home.His place was prepared and god came to give him rest .Our prayers are with all the family.

Charles Stevens was a great Deacon and a master teacher of the bible. He will be missed greatly in the Baptist church community as well as the Ypsilanti area. He has been an inspiration to the young and old men in the church. He was my teacher, my friend and my brother in christ. We Love you and will Miss you Dea. Stevens.
