My very first hero rode off quietly into the sunset last week. He is in large measure responsible for the man I became. I will forever be grateful for the life messages he built into my life and those of my siblings. He was as humble and genuine as they come. He taught me to strive to be the very same. I'm so glad that he now reunited with Jesus Christ, the CAPTAIN of his soul, my mother and many other loved ones who proceeded us in passing. Until we meet again Dad!
