Charles E. Stone

Mr. Charles Stone was truly a remarkable man… an avid Gamecock fan, Army veteran who spent time in Germany during the Korean War, the father of five daughters and the devoted husband to a loving wife. The many hats that he wore included that of a wood worker, horticulturalist, and most importantly a listener. I particularly appreciated this latter skill, as I am certain that many others did. He will be sadly missed by those of us who were fortunate enough to share his company.

Charles was a dear friend and will be missed greatly. He always had a kind word and often a joke to share.

God bless each of you as you cope with this sad time in your lives. Our prayer goes up for you all.
