Not sure what to say?

I want Dr. Streamers family to know that he saved my life. I had a blood disorder when I was in my early teens. He took a chance on a surgery that had a 50 50 chance to work. It worked. When I gave birth to my first child . Dr Streamer recognized my mom at the nursery window. When he found out that he was my child. Went in to my son and gave him a through exam. I appreciate that.. I'm sorry for your loss. I thought he was a great man

We here at South Jordan Dental are saddened at the loss of such a wonderful, dignified man. A few of us knew and worked with Dr. Streamer at FHP and have enjoyed providing dental care to him and Evelyn. Its comforting to know they are together again. Our deepest condolences to you all. He was one of the best!

It was my honor that Dr. Streamer chose me to be his primary care physician for the last few years. I immensely enjoyed our visits and will miss him. Condolences from all of us at Copperview Medical Center in South Jordan.
