Awesome Man Fond Memories

I worked with Chuck for several years on sheriffs dept. He was a strong and dedicated officer always backing up others and would answer his calls with the who, what, why, where and when no matter the severity . he was a friend to all. Today we have a sad face for Chuck leaving us but in days to come we will have a gleem in our eye and a grin to a memory of him . Rest in peace chuck Skip Deane

Chuck and I worked midnights together on CCSO for few years. I always knew we had each other's back no matter what came up. He'll be missed.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived.

Chuck was one of a kind and none better I'm very proud to call him my my friend. He had a wonder family. With deep regrets Marty

Sending thoughts and prayers to the Kelly and the entire Stroud family. Chuck was a gentleman early in my prosecutor career and I have always remembered his help and support. Ramie Almeda

To Kelly, the kids and family. Chuck was a one of a kind of man that I had the privilege to work with at CCSO. I´m sending love and hugs to you all.

Sorry for your loss. I grew up being chucks neighbor and went to school with Erick. Chuck was one of the greatest man I ever met. Kept me on the straight and narrow. He is in God's loving hands now. May peace and closure come to the family. Prayers and love. Tami sells
