Quiet and very kind, gentle, and generous is the way I will always remember him. I only knew him briefly, but wish I'd have known him much longer. Loraine will be in my prayers.

I can certainly be counted as one of Chuck's many fans. And, it's truly a wonderful thing when the wife can be recognized as the biggest fan. Loraine, we are deeply saddened for your loss. I know you are surrounded by the reminders of Chuck's many, many talents and gifts. A remarkable life, a gifted man, and a loving family. What a rare find.

To Loraine and the entire Struble family,
You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
I will never forget the wonderful conversations I had with Chuck - in fact, just a few weeks ago. He was an engaging, kind and interesting person who will leave a void at All Seasons. I am so lucky to know Chuck and Loraine. They were both so kind to my mom! I was also lucky to read about Chuck's early life in the service (his book). So very amazing!
May you find peace in all the wonderful memories you have of Chuck.
Thinking of you.

Chuck and Lorraine were long time friends of my parents and members of the "Potluck Group". Now Chuck has joined them and I'm sure my Mom is planning a dinner to welcome him to the hereafter. My thoughts and prayers are with the family as they go through this sad time.

Chuck and Loraine were my parents' dear friends. My brothers and I have fond memories of visiting the Strubles in their beautiful home in Rochester Hills. Chuck was always kind, smiling - a wonderful man. I will always remember his advice to give children tablets of blank paper, not coloring books! Wishing all of you peace.

Although I never had the pleasure of meeting you personally, I felt a strong connection thru your book. Thank you for writing it, and thank you for your service.
