Not sure what to say?

I was Charles brother. Charles F. Stubbs Jr. Was my father. I am glad to know that Charles made a positive impact on his family and friends after the Air Force. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. May God Bless his Soul.

This was my half brother.

Mr. Stubbs you will truly be missed & it was a pleasure knowing you! You were a sharp-dressed man and put a smile on my face every time I see you!

So sorry for your loss. Heaven is his home.

Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.

During the years I worked for part time Festevents, I knew Charles to be a kind and gentle man who would go out of his way to help anyone who came through the front door. He was an ambassador for Festevents and the City of Norfolk. Charles always worked hard and was there when you needed him. May God comfort and bless his family during this difficult time.

Robert R. Brunner, Jr.
NPD Retired

I had the pleasure of working with Charles for many years while employed with Norfolk Festevents. He was such a loyal gentle soul. He always sent cards for Valentines Day and I received my first mothers day card from him. He will be greatly missed but will leave many wonderful memories for everyone who was lucky enough to call him a friend.

As a fellow employee at Festevents, I have had the pleasure of working with Charles for 12 years. We have remained good friends and he has always been a special person to me. I will miss him. May he rest in peace.
Mary Chinchello, Assistant to the Business Manager.

Prayers of comfort and strenght goes out to the Stubbs and Marshall family during your time of sorrow,
