Elizabeth and Family
I am so sorry for your loss and feel so honored to have know your dad. He was a wonderful teacher and I learned a lot from him. I will never forget coming back into his JG office during my college years to get some much needed and MUCH appreciated tutoring. He truly was a great guy and will be missed by all!!

I am deeply saddened by the news of Coach Sturm's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you & your family.

I remember his smile & sense of humor, admired his passion, and valued his advice & counsel.

Thoughts and prayers are with your family, I had the pleasure of having Mr. Strum for Math last semester at Delta. Great teacher full of fun stories. He will be greatly missed.

Barb and Family...

I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your brother, husband, and father...It sounds like he lived an amazing life and touched the lives of thousands. May your memories comfort you during this time.

Dear Kimberly,

Chuck's dad was Sports Editor of the Bay City Times newspaper and was covering the game for Sunday morning's edition. I can still remember that day like it was yesterday. The trip to...

You will be missed Mr. Sturm. Learned so much from you thank you for everything you did for me and everyone else you came in contact with.

Liz and Kim,
My heartfelt condolences to you both. Thank you for sharing him with our family. It was such a pleasure to get to know him more personally. He indeed was a great man and father, I can only imagine how much you will miss him. I pray that God brings you strength and peace in the days ahead. We will be here for you both, with whatever you need.

Mr. Sturm was my Math teacher at John Glenn. He made Math interesting and I always looked forward to class, even Calculus. I became a teacher and often when teaching Math I thought about my experiences in class. Thank you so much for sharing him with me:)

Rest in Peace Mr. Sturm. The world has lost a wonderful person. I'll always think of you when I see a can of Coke. John Glenn Class of 1979.
