Charles Kirby Tanguay

I will never forget my good friend Chuck Tanguay. Chuck had an uncageable spirit, a quick wit, was too damn handsome when the girls were around, pretty darn smart, a good guy....man, we had alot of fun in our younger formative/crazy years. We had many an adventure in the Rochester area and in California. I will always remember his quick smile and the friendship I have treasured through the years. I still can remember a photo of Chuck (in the Democrat and Chronicle - way back in the 70's) ice...
