Please know that each of you have blessed our family with fond memories of being great neighbors. We again, are so sorry we didn't know and were not...

These messages were so nice. I hadn't realized there was an active guestbook on-line. Thank you all for your sentiments, condolences, and for me especially the memories. It's really comforting to read these messages. Thank you from Nicole Tarlton Cole - Charles' daughter.

I have fond memories of Charles. We were raised up together in the Phoebus area of Hampton. We attended both elementary and high school together and graduated in the class of 1954 from Phenix. May Jesus continue to bless you during and after your time of bereavement.

To the Tarlton family,
I wish I could take away the pain your heart is going through, but just know Charles is no longer in that pain, but at peace with the Lord. He was loved by everyone who knew him, but God loved him best.
Charles, take care.
with love from your cousin,
