To Charles' family and special friend Cynthia, We are sorry to hear of Charles' passing and we will miss him dearly as you will. Charles was a wonderful neighbor but most of all he was a wonderful friend. If I know Charles, he's probably got the most gorgeous tomatoe plot in heaven. Charles was an inspiring friend. I enjoyed learning from his thoughts and experiences regarding real estate, and he always was an encouraging and positive influence to me. We need more folks like Charlie in this world. He will be missed at the barber shop.
