Charles Elmer Taylor Jr.

Charlie was my terrific, next door neighbor. We shared a love of gardening in our adjacent back yards, fawns under our trees and a family of foxes who lived under his patio deck. Once His wife Dorothy called out from the back door, "Charles the President is on the phone" and that was exciting! Charlie was a gentleman´s gentleman, a lovely person everyone should have as a neighbor. God welcomes him! Sincerely, Judi Kless
