Condolences to the Tighe family. Mr. Tighe was an outstanding person, professional, and friend. I worked closely with Mr. Tighe on numerous cases where he represented the City of Midland Police Department during my 28+ years with the department. Mr. Tighe was a man of ethics, dignity, and respect who was always encouraging and supportive of justice and the truth.
