Not sure what to say?

I remember Uncle Sunshine always had a smile on his face. As a kid at Grandma's, he was the pizza man, from Morleys, I think. I remember how happy he was when Raymond was born, Marianne was born then too, and we went to visit. There are so many wonderful memories, hard to pinpoint one. Miss and love you Uncle Sunshine.

Our deepest condolences and prayers for your family at this very difficult time. Charlie was the best neighbor and friend we ever ask for. Our love and thoughts are with you all. God Bless Charlie, Rose and the Townsend family.

Karen and I are very sorry for your profound loss. Our hope is that all your wonderful memories will provide some comfort. It is hard to believe that all eleven siblings are now departed . As a child I recall watching Yankee games with him and the family on many Sunday afternoons at Grandma's and Grandpa's. He had a smile that could light up a room, thus the nickname. Sunshine played in a fast pitch softball league for the Yonk-heers Athletic and Social Club, often at Sullivan's...

To Charlie's and Rose's family, I was sorry to read of Charlie's passing. He is now with Rose and they will both be with you always...in your hearts and in your memories. You were so lucky to have such great parents. Fondly, Sherry (Lewis) Stecker (At Piece Quilt Shop)

Our thoughts and prayers go out To you and your family during this Very sad and difficult time. Uncle Sun was always a pleasure to be Around and will be sadly missed .

Sir, I did not know you personally, however I would be honored to "Thank You" for your dedicated and honorable Military Service; to OUR Country. At a later date, we will meet in that "SPECIAL PLACE" which GOD has reserved for ALL of those who have stepped forward; to serve their Country in a Military Uniform. May ALL of GOD'S blessings, be with your Dear Family! Sergeant Major (E-9) Larry E. & Mrs. Sheila M. (LaBar) Williams, US Army/ Retired (TN)
