Charles Anthony "Chas" Tulipana

I went to Catholic school in Lexington, Missouri with Chas. Chas was a couple of years older than me. I remember him having a great personality, and he was also very caring to all of the students at school. My condolences to his family. My prayers and thoughts are with you. Nanette Ferrara.

Donna, Joe and John, Please know I´m so sorry for your loss. I remember his vibrant laugh and always Verona Hills Halloween´s!! Always a treat for us adults when we would take the kids and on your front porch was a libation for us to continue on our parental duties finishing up taking the kids! Sat out in the parking lot this morning in front of our old building remembering the good times and the bad ones we shared. All the hard work so many us put in to make PowerPlay what it was but no one ever worked as hard as you.
