Charles was my ideal public attorney. We worked together on several issues including a one week tour around the state to meet with civic groups about the drug problems in the state and nation he was so articulate becasue he believed passionately in his causes. He is a person who contributed so much to the community and will b e missed

I visited with Charles at the Metro Y where
we both worked out. Charles was "Mr. Fitness." He certainly looked physically like we all hoped to achieve. In this world Charles was respected of having achieved the Greek Ideal of having both intellect and physique. May God comfort and Bless
the Turner family.
