Dear Jim, Tom, Carol, And your entire family: I send my sincere condolences to all of you on the passing of your Dad, Brother, Uncle, very special Grandpa. Chuck was one special man and no one could ever fill his shoes. Chuck did many wonderful things in his lifetime but most importantly he was a man that God was proud of. Dear VanZoeren Family, I just learned of Chuck's passing. I first met him at the time he purchased his father's ownership of Alvan Motor Freight. He became, not only a business friend, but one of my most valued friends, and the only person who dedicated a book to me. Chuck was a successful businessman, a terrific family, and a friend without price. I will never forget him. My sincere sympathy goes out to his children. Sincerely, George Lennon

Chuck and Jo were our good friends in Boca Grande, FL for many years. We also were friends in Kalamazoo. We enjoy many lunches out with Chuck and enjoyed his great stories about growing up in Holland. We will miss him. Robert and Marilyn Geil
