“BOB” CHARLES ROBERT VARBLE

            “Bob” Charles Robert Varble, 71, of Reed, Kentucky, went to be with the Lord at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, December 14, 2016, at his home.

            He loved horses, cars, motorcycles, traveling, and his dogs.  Bob worked in oil fields most of his life.

            He was preceded in death by his mother, Claudia Beals; and two brothers, Jim Varble and Larry Varble.

            Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Cathie R. Varble; one daughter, Tracey Kelsey and her husband, Scott; four sons, Dwayne Varble, Kindall Collins and his wife, Rachel, David Howard and his wife, Andrea, and Christopher Collins and his wife, Jessalyn; his father, James Beals; two sisters, Jan Haire and her husband, Bobby, and Joan Haire and her husband, Roy; eleven grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

            Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home.  Bill Skipworth will officiate.  Burial will be in Baskett Cemetery.

            Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the funeral home.
