Charles Richard (Dickie) Vaught, 66, of Rural Retreat, Va., passed away Saturday, January 24, 2009, in Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in WinstonSalem, N.C. He was born in Wythe Co., Va. on July 31, 1942, the son of the late Charles Walker "Jenkie" Vaught and Rosa Heldreth Vaught....
