Not sure what to say?

A really good guy, soft-spoken, witty and friendly. Spotswood was certainly enriched by the contributions of the Verasca family!

Simply said, if you ever met Charlie, you had to love Charlie. Just the most pleasant man I've ever met. My family has known the Veraskas for generations and family just doesn't get better than them. My family's condolences to the entire Veraska family. Rich,Tim, Beth, I'm so sorry. My Michael was very upset over the news and let all of my family know of Charlie's passing. May he Rest In Peace.

Dear Beth,
So sorry to hear about Charlie. He was very lucky to have you and your wonderful family. I hope the tears soon pass and that you will soon be smiling with wonderful memories.

My sincere condolences but I know that you and John are looking down on Beth Anne and me and making sure we don't get into any trouble!!

I had the honor of working with Charles for over 15 years! Charles was full of integrity, kindness, and resourcefulness. He had the smile of a gentle giant that left me always feeling tremendously at ease and happy in his presence. We were so blessed to have had him work with and among us.

I always felt comfortable in the store because of Charlie's (and the family's) welcoming and friendly attitude. He was a gentle guy, with a sense of humor and a kind spirit. I cannot count the number of times over the years that we have lamented the loss of the type of service the Verasca family provided or described a positive experience at one of the chains as being like what was the norm at Spotswood Hardware. We all have great memories of Charlie, and I know that the Verasca family...

Dear TIm and family,

We were saddened to hear of your dad's passing. He was a dear friend for many years, a travel companion, a jokester amongst other charming traits. He was at his best at surprise 50th birthday party for Pat popping out of his hand made cake to the surprise of many. We have not seen him in many years since leaving Monroe but always consider him a dear friend.

With love and condolences,
Marie and Pat
