Pastor Wagner (Chuck) will always be remembered because he touched the lives of so many people. His church was one of the first church groups to meet for services at The Wedding Chapel.
From the beginning he became a part of our family. He was always there to help in any way needed. His genuine caring always made every wedding couple relax.
The Tea Room Guest enjoyed his humor. We as a staff loved him as a friend and brother. We will always remember how...

How do you say goodbye(for now)to someone who meant so much to so many people? Someone who loved the state of Alabama while remaining true to his beloved Vols! Someone who put the welfare of others before his own. He lived Matthew 6:1-4. Someone who made work fun even if it meant "dancing by the Wedding Chapel dumpster". Someone who could light up a room with his smile. Someone who understood forgiveness. Most of all someone who was a faithful witness for his Lord and Savior Jesus...

Pastor Wagner was such a huge part of our life. He confirmed Linda and me in the Lutheran Church more than 30 years ago...then baptized and confirmed our sons, Elliott and Brian. We loved him and he loved us...even though we're nothing but Bama...and he liked those orange-clad so-and-so's. We'll always remember his sermons, his lively discussions, his cram-packed bulletins and his deep compassion. We love you, Chuck, and we'll miss you!

Pastor Wagner was a fabulous man. To this day I do not believe I have ever heard anyone that could preach and touch you quit the way he could. And I have definately never seen a bigger Tennessee fan. "Go Vols". Brian Conlee (Birmingham, AL)

Pastor Wagner has been such a special part of my family's life. He married my husband and I, my sister and her husband, and he did my dad's funeral. He was always there for guidance when you needed it. I will always remember him. I'm glad he's with Jesus now.

Dear Charlie,
Thanks for your love and support in Mark's youth and your friendship and respect for my religious difference. I love you and miss your wonderful sense of humor.
Isabel Rosenblitt de Wagner.

We were so fortunate to have Pastor Wagner in our lives. He was instrumental in my Son becoming a Pastor. He later ordained him. We all loved him dearly. Our prayers are with those who felt as we do.
