Not sure what to say?

I am a friend of John Forbord and do not know your family.. I just wanted to share my condolences to your family and to his friends... May he rest in peace...Prayers continue for your families and friends...

Always such a sweet smile, always such a nice guy. We will miss him so much especially the third weekend in April

I am devastated to hear that my old friend and colleague, from the days at CMD in Atlanta, had passed away. My memories of him are and will always be that he was always the most easy going person in the room. I don't ever remember a time when he didn't make us laugh, either with something he would say or from one of his famous "daily doodles" he would draw on a napkin or piece of scrap paper while he "pounded the phone". I still have 3 of those drawings that I rescued from his garbage can, so...

Chuck was one of those truly genuine people. My mom used to have an expression, "he didn't have a phony bone in his body," that described Chuck perfectly. I always enjoyed my encounters with Chuck both as a friend and professional colleague. My deepest condolences to all of those, especially his family and most especially his children, who loved Chuck. He will be missed.

I've worked with Chuck at 3 different companies. He loved being part of the team. His smile and laugh could light up a room anytime, anywhere. He was passionate, funny, and he loved his girls. He was a great friend and I will miss him.

Chuck was my roommate at Russell hall during both of our first years at UGA. He was always positive with a big smile. Back then he kept in great shape lifting weights and had a poster of Pat Benatar (whom we both liked) over his bed. I mentioned to my wife the sad news, and she said --oh no, he is my friend, Gale Noland's PIKE big brother. Chuck also had a blind date one time with Toni, who ended up marrying my cousin.(It's a small world.) I also remember fraternities not meaning much too...

I will always remember Chuck's smile and his laugh. I worked with him at CMD for about six years and found him always to be happy and focused on doing well. We will keep your family in prayer, and know that this time is difficult for you.

May the love of friends and family carry you through your grief.

Mark was a friend and Fraternity brother in PKA. I too can not remember a day that was spent with him where he did not have a smile on his face to share with the world. He was a leader of men and touched our lives for the 4 years we lived together in the PKA House. He will be dearly missed but his memories and smile will live on forever. God Bless!
