For the family of Charles D. Wallace, may God be with you during your time of sorrow and loss.
I worked with Mr. Wallace at the North Texas Tollway Authority. He was a wealth of knowledge to a new employee (myself) coming into a foreign department. He is loved and missed by many, many people here and we has cherish his memory.
