Charlie,
It's hard to say good bye to a close friend. Even though we didn't see much of each other after we graduated I still think of you as the best friend I ever had.

We are so saddened of the passing of our dear friend and your father, Chuck. What a fun time we had during those Cheyenne Mountain Football Days. We know you will miss him so much, but pray for you to all have peace in knowing that he is now in a better place.

A life well lived by a buddy of mine since 1970. He did so much and did it right for himself, his family, for the many others whose lives he touched and for his community. He will be well remembered.

Dear Nik and Alex,
My thoughts of love and comfort go out to you both. Your dad provided such a wealth of adventure and ongoing entertainment. A long road of history that continues in remembrance.
Sincerely,

My sincere sympathies to Chuck's family andhis sons. I was lucky to be a friend of his for more than 20 years. He was a great person, so much devoted to the Canon City-Valdai Sister City Association. He loved travelling and appriciated different cultures, helped people to understand each other better and to live in peace and friendship. We will always remember him as the ambassor of friendship, love and peace between our peoples and just as a wonderful friend. Luda, Russia
