Charles R. Walsh, Jr., 29, died Saturday, August 19, 2006, at Carroll Hospital Center. The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Myers-Durboraw Funeral Home, 91 Willis St., Westminster, Md. The service will begin at 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
