Charles Kennedy Walters

Ken Walters was a true man's man. He loved everything outdoors. He loved hunting, fishing and NASCAR. But the one thing he loved that sticks out to me most is, when he married my mother, he also took my sister and me under his care. When my mother and him divorced, it would have been very easy for him to forget about the two "step" children he had. But he didn't forget at all. He never considered me anything but his son and I never have or will consider anyone but him my Daddy. He is my hero....

I worked with Ken for several years at S&S in Mobile. I was most shocked to hear of his passing. He was a great person and will be missed. Just wanted to pass along my condolences to his family. God bless you all.

PeePaw !! Although we didn't see Ken much these last few years, he has always been a part of our lives. We shared so many fun times and memories ...a LONG time ago !! I am so glad Ken was able to come to Lyndsi's wedding - she was so happy to see him and Gary REALLY enjoyed visiting with him and catching up !! We will miss you.
