Charles was a great tennis pro and teacher...a kind and humble man. So glad we came to know Charles and Ann through Brick and Mary Jean. Prayers and blessings to Charles's family.

He was always a kind, polite friend. Great football player, until he was hurt, playing football! This was at Huntsville High, 1950's! So sad!

Edwin Bledsoe,I considered Charles a friend of mine,
We first met in the summer of 1942 and lived close to each for two years. During that time, we developed a lasting friendship. We played together and just enjoyed the friendship. Later in life we renewed that friendship. I will miss Charles.
