Dear Rosemary, and family - So sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. I know your hearts are broken. I remember him fondly for his warm welcome when we would visit with yall many years ago. Charlie cooked Louisiana style crawfish and I'll always remember that, because at the time I'd never heard of it, and it was so delicious.
