Chuck was one of several fathers I had on my street near Hobby Airport growing up. He taught me to throw a football, and he picked up my award at the Airport Optimists Jets Football dinner (maybe 1967) when I didn't attend. His dog Thursday, was the reason my dog was named Tuesday. To his daughter Lisa I was Honeybun. When my football team needed size, he brought in the Delta Airlines employees biggest son (was it Dennis Prager ?). Chuck was an always smiling man, but he had a way about him that made you feel important. Dear sweet Roma, I am so very sorry for your loss.

Chuck was such a gentleman always happy to say hi or have a chat . We enjoyed having him at the courts . He will be missed by many here at the country club .

He loved his tennis and was Mr. Gregarious......we'll miss him!
