Charles William Weakley Charles William Weakley, 72, of Aylor, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 12, 2013, at his residence. He was born on March 4, 1941, in Criglersville, and was the son of the late Claude Rosevelt Weakley and Mary Sudie Breeden Weakley. Mr. Weakley was also preceded in death by three brothers, Ruben, Jesse and Claude Junior Weakley; and a sister, Mildred Lamb. Mr. Weakley was retired after 30 years of service from VDOT in Madison and Culpeper and was a member of Oak Grove United Methodist Church in Aylor. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, sports and was an avid gardener. He is survived by his wife, Linda Aylor Weakley of Aylor; a daughter, Donna Weakley Marion and husband, Kyle, of Charlottesville; a son, Tony Lee Weakley and wife, Niki, of Etlan; five brothers, Jimmy Weakley and wife, Sharon, of Rochelle, John Weakley and wife, Shelby, of Madison, Robert Weakley and wife, JoAnne, of Culpeper, Russell Weakley and wife, June, of Maryland, and Randell Weakley and wife, Kathy, of Rochelle; four sisters, Mary Ann Ponder of South Carolina, Peggy Smith of Madison, Ellen Fox and husband, James, of Oak Park, and Margaret Long and husband, Jimmy, of Rapidan; two grandchildren, Joey Lee Weakley of Locust Grove, and Jacob Ethan Marion of Charlottesville; two great-grandchildren, Summer Leann Weakley of Locust Grove and Jayden Lee McDaniel of Madison; a number of nieces and nephews; and a dear friend and neighbor, Rena Hash. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2013, at Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Madison, with interment in Criglersville Cemetery. Pastor Jeff Shifflett and Pastor Jerry Thomas will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6 until 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2013, at the funeral home.
