Dear Shirley, Mark & Chris: I was so heart broken upon hearing the sad news. Colonel Webb was my mentor and true friend for over 33 years. His leadership and expertise was an invaluable asset for US Army Aviation. I will forever remember both the military and life lessons he was kind enough to share with me throughout the years.
