Chuck Webber was our Vice President of operations for Litton Industries Guidance and Controls DIV. Woodland Hills California. I worked for Chuck from 1962 to 1994 when he retired. We kept in contact up until his death in 2017. He became more than a than our Vice President. we communicated often by email, mail and the phone. An unannounced friendship for sure.
