Charlie was a person I had contact with over the years as a fellow employee of the City of Dallas, I have to say Charlie made my life richer by knowing him. He was such a good person and God will certainly reward him for his good heart and bless Charlie I will not forget you neither will God. I will pray for your family that they endure their lost and that God give them the strength by Holy Spirit to do just that.
