Sending prayers to the family.

Sending prayers to the family. I´m so sorry to hear of his passing. I´ll miss seeing him sitting on the front porch and chatting with him. We had some good laughs in the few years I´ve lived across the street.

Charlie was one of a kind. Tony knew him better than me, but in the past 20 years I met him and learned that he was a fascinating man that his family adored. May you RIP Charlie. You will be truly missed.

Charlie, I want to say thank you.when our family moved to pen argyl ,we were complete strangers in a new unfamiliar house. You made us feel welcome and apart of the pen argyl st family and helped with the start and making of our new home, our family will miss you ! our family will not forget you and will always remember ur smile and warm conversations. Thank you ,Charlie and I know there is a big box of cigars waiting for you in heaven

We will miss you Charlie, your dry humor, the way we talked, a good friend and neighbor.you always called it like the way it is! I will miss sitting on your porch, with conversation, and sharing a good cigar( not the cheap ones either!!!) Go fishing from this point and beyond. I may someday see you on waters, fishing, our friend...peace!!!
