My condolences to Dr. West's family and friends.
I took classes taught by Dr. West when I attended Princeton Theological Seminary during the years 1970-1974.
He was one of the most impassioned, brilliant, and thoughtful of all the professors there. A very creative thinker and writer who integrated his own personal experiences into his theological efforts.
I'm privileged to have known and been taught by him.
